Our monthly rate is $600 for a basic spot and $650 for a spot with an 8x8 personal storage unit. Both include sewage, trash and yard maintenance, and there is no long-term contract — every spot is rented month to month. Electricity is paid by the tenant at 8.5¢ per kWh.

No, we do not require a dog deposit, but we do have breed restrictions. Please contact us with questions about this.
We welcome long term RV tenants at our park. All spots are monthly — stay as short, or as long, as you want.
